We are searching for seriously impressive, corporate, professional candidates who want to work within the financial services industry. The role is working for a small-medium sized, prestigious investment firm based a beautiful office Mayfair, working with high profile, seriously talented investment professionals from all over the world.
The role is client facing, based on reception meeting and greeting senior and high-net worth individuals arriving for meetings. It is crucial that you are immaculate in your presentation and have the confidence to ensure their visit runs smoothly. Answering calls it is also vital that you are a clear and concise communicator, articulate with a 1st class telephone manner. The role also involves lots of administration including HR and project admin working very closely with the Senior Vice President.
We are looking for graduates with strong administrative skills, strong MS Office skills, initiative, drive and most importantly a positive and realistic attitude.
This is a very well recognised business and a  fabulous opportunity for serious graduates looking to either progress as a PA in the future or within the financial services industry.
The hours are 8.30am - 6.00pm with excellent benefits and high bonus potential.
