Your role


One client is looking to find the perfect candidate to join their dynamic and fast paced team. Supporting 2 Managing Directors and the broader team, you will play an important part in the day to day functioning of this team. As you understand the business of this division, you will be the go to person and be responsible for responding to any enquiries both via email and over the phone. Diary management, travel booking, staff expenses and document and presentation preparation will be daily tasks for you in this role. A keen eye for detail is essential, coupled with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.  This is initially a temporary position that offers a potential permanent opportunity to the ideal candidate who is a good fit.
