An experienced Personal Assistant is required to provide a high level of support to 3 Managing Directors and a team of 10. The role is based in one of the global financial services firms whose values are embedded in every aspect of their work. This will be based in the City of London although the company have offices located over the globe.
Your responsibility will be to ensure efficiency and value is added to the working environment, focussing on effective working processes. You will have typical Personal Assistant duties such as: scheduling a high volume of external and internal meetings, diary and inbox management, coordinating expenses, arranging travel and assisting with board meetings.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and professional Personal Assistant looking to apply their distinctive skills in a demanding and fast paced role. This role is to start ASAP, so candidates applying will need to be available on 1 weeks’ notice or less.
