A highly successful player in its field, this is a national brand with stunning open plan offices in Sydney. You will be working with the team manager and a team of currently 23 people. With an energetic vibe in the offices, you will need to be across the team, their whereabouts and working closely with the manager to ensure the administrative tasks assigned to each player are completed in a timely manner. With a team of this size, there are obviously a number of different personalities within the team, however they all work really well together and create a dynamic office environment where there is always a laugh. This is a busy Personal Assistant role that will require you to work closely with the team manager and also assist the broader team where necessary. You will be managing the team manager's diary including meeting preparation, as well as a shared team diary. You will be the sole person organising domestic travel, accommodation and itinerary details down to the minute. You need to be a highly organised individual who needs to have impeccable communication skills as you will be responding to client queries over the phone and via email. Communication messages on behalf of the manager to the team, coordinating weekly and end of month meetings and collecting data for reporting purposed will be you main focus in this role. You need to be able to manage your work-flow and be unphased by having to think on your toes or handle work on the go. You will work with the team manager to help motivate the team and assist in general administrative duties. A demonstrated ability to use your initiative and pre-empt work-flow will be advantageous in this role.

Your skills & expertise

  • A minimum of 2-3 years at a senior administrative level

  • Experience in professional services industry desirable
