We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant for a high-profile client based in Central London, on a temporary basis.
You will be supporting the CEO of a luxury sector firm, for two weeks’ holiday cover. You will be the first point of contact for the CEO, providing full email, phone and complex diary management. You will organise all meetings, liaising with both internal and external parties as we as preparing materials for these. You will have extensive experience organising global, multi-stop travel itineraries.
You will have at least three years’ experience as a PA, ideally within the luxury industry. You will be confident in managing a highly changeable workload with complete focus on excellence. You will be able to work to deadlines, take on multiple projects and deliver results under pressure. You will have an eye for detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be completely computer literate and a confident user of Microsoft packages.
Fluent French or Italian language skills are advantageous.
