We’re currently recruiting for a great Part Time Reception/Office Administrator role within a boutique Executive Search firm in Marylebone.
This luxury search firm require an articulate and well-presented candidate to join their team on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and (preferably) Thursdays too.
Key responsibilities include:
- First and main point of contact for the office
- ‘Meet and Greet’ all visitors to the office in a professional and welcoming
- Order and maintain office equipment and petty cash.
- Arrange both internal and external locations for meetings.
- Assist with typing and preparation of documentation including proposals, briefs, status reports, candidate profiles etc.
- Assist in the organisation of marketing and network events where appropriate.
The successful candidate has the opportunity to join a friendly team at the height of their profession. In return, they’d like a self-starter, someone who can work without being monitored.
