This is a fantastic part-time position available for an experienced Office Manager/PA for a 6 month contract. This role will see you working 18 hours per week across 3 days (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) from 10:00am - 4:00pm (flexible). We are looking for someone capable and self-assured who is comfortable working in a small office environment. You will be flexible to assist with a variety of tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and you take the pressure off the senior executives.
Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will be the "go to" person for all office management and PA duties. Your day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to arranging travel including visas, ensuring the smooth running of all I.T. matters, liaising with the company accountants and suppliers, processing expenses and invoices and assisting with office administration. You will assist booking restaurants, cars and venues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Office Management/EA role within a professional services environment. Coming from a small office environment will be a big advantage in understanding the needs of the business. We are looking for a professional candidate who can work autonomously, is trustworthy and has a very good work ethic.
