We are looking for a calm and in control Office Manager to step into this lively marketing consultancy for a part-time contract.  We are looking for your commitment over 3 days per week (approximately 21 hours) for 9 months. You will be working for a fast paced creative company located in Central London. The team are fun and energetic and your responsibilities will be varied. 

You will be assisting with a range of tasks which will require tact, a proactive manner and organised approach. Your friendly approach and ability to remain cool and calm will be important to your success. You will take on responsibility for IT matters which could vary from trouble shooting to escalating more complex problems. You will also oversee supplier relationships and facilities, take on responsibility for website management, new starters and office sustainability. There will be one office assistant reporting into you who will require some direction and management. Most importantly, you will spearhead an upcoming office move.

This is a great position with a lot to offer. Working closely with management, you will work with some inspiring people who are looking for someone with a similar level of dedication and drive. They are keen for someone to shine a fresh set of eyes on things and provide their input to improve processes and systems.
