An excellent opportunity for a bright candidate to join a successful search consultancy in a PA role for the duration of this maternity cover. This role will see you working for an outstanding company based in the City. This is a well-established business with excellent credentials. If you are the type of person that loves to be challenged in your day to day role whilst learning core skills from your more experienced colleagues, this is the perfect position.
On a day to day basis you will find yourself assisting a small team with all aspects of PA support. This will include full diary management, scheduling all meetings and conference calls. Your ability to communicate well with contacts at all levels will be key to this role as you will find yourself liaising with a wide range of people on both e-mail and over the phone when scheduling meetings. Good writing skills will be particularly important as you will be preparing documents, reports and letters on behalf of the team. This will also extend to excellent MS Office Skills that will see you formatting Word documents and PowerPoint presentations. You will have excellent attention to detail and use this when producing documents and updating the internal database. As someone who thinks outside the box you will proactive in finding solutions and using your common sense to anticipate potential problems. You will represent the company in a professional and positive light at all times bearing in mind that as the PA for this team, you play an important part in the success of the team.
