We have a fantastic PA role available for a global firm based in their busy city office. This role will see you supporting their CEO and Chairman in a varied role that will provide variety and challenge. We are looking for someone available for an immediate start with scope for the role to become permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an energetic, close-knit team and to work in a lively and fast-paced environment.
Your role will see you looking after the incredibly busy diary of the CEO. With lots of meetings, travel and business engagements you will have excellent organisational skills capable of prioritising his busy schedule and ensuring he is at meetings when he should be. He needs a strong PA who can act quickly and use their best judgement to get the job done. The Chairman will require less support and a slightly more traditional approach. This role could see you assisting with projects, coordination events or proof-reading documents.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised with an eye for details. You will be able to effectively manage upwards and roll with the punches that this busy position could throw at you, Calm, unflappable and capable are the words that would describe you. You will have proven experience in a top level PA role demonstrating the ability to prioritise requests and to anticipate the needs of the person you support. We will also consider applicants that are only available on a temp basis for this role.
