This role is an experienced PA to work for a very professional, fast paced Executive Search company in Esher in Surrey. They need someone to start as soon as possible and it will be on a temporary to permanent.
The role will involve traditional PA duties such as diary management, organising client meetings and travel arrangements. It will also require very good communication skills with clients and building relationships with them. Other areas will be maintaining the financial records, doing research, updating client files and speaking to clients.
This small company really looks after their staff and in a very good environment to work in. They pay fantastic bonus’s and really reward their staff. They need someone who is very hard working, can work well under pressure, and has excellent communication. In this role initiative and a good skill set is very important along with experience in this area. The Managing Director can be demanding at times and needs someone to always be that step ahead.
