This is a great opportunity for an efficient individual to work for a highly regarded international businessman with wide-ranging interests. You will be based in the Ticino region, where you will be responsible for providing 1:1 private and business support in a family office set up. You'll be managing your Boss's lifestyle - he travels a great deal and has a number of houses and household staff. You'll also be looking after the day-to-day running of the office and providing general assistance with any ad hoc projects. Your IT abilities will be first-rate and you must have a strong eye for detail. You will also be coordinating complex travel itineraries and managing expenses. Given the location of the role, we are seeking an individual who is fluent in Italian. It is essential that you also have a very high level of written and spoken English. An interest and understanding of the arts would be beneficial as your employer is active in the art world and you will be assisting in the organisation of an extensive archive and art library. Attractive salary package depending on experience; accommodation can be provided. Ideally you will be available immediately or able to move at very short notice.
