Our Client is based in Santiago, Chile. They are a Private Equity company who have just opened an office there and are looking for someone to support the Principal/Vice-President who is setting up the office. They are extremely well-known and reputable as a company and will look at candidates both on the ground in Santiago or relocating from somewhere else. Please find the job details below:

Tasks / responsibilities will include:

  • Handle calls courteously and efficiently and ensure prompt delivery of messages
  • Organise and facilitate meetings and travel
  • Diary management
  • Event management:  will need to be able to organise and manage the Latam-based AGM and assist with other events
  • Management and upkeep of investor and contact database
  • Provide an efficient administrative service i.e. filing, booking cabs, booking couriers, booking lunches, managing incoming/outgoing post etc
  • Preparation, amendment and compilation of presentations
  • Process expenses on the Concur system
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office and facilities
  • Meet and greet investors and to be ambassadorial for Lexington Partners
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks and projects

Educated to degree level
Experience at senior level for a financial institution
A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Excellent organisational skills
Smart in appearance
Languages:  excellent command of English
