If you are looking for something outside the standard PA spec, this is just the role for you. Our client is an international non-profit organisation. They are in the midst of putting together their team in the UK and developing a successful office. This role has massive scope and will see you working closely with one of their Senior Director who has recently relocated assisting with PA responsibilities in addition to a range of projects linked with the new office. As the business grows, this position will develop and could take you in any direction.

You will build a strong working relationship with your manager based on your ability to work efficiently and autonomously. Your day to day responsibilities will include diary management, travel arrangements, research and preparation of documents for the Senior Director.  In addition to this, there is a strong operational focus that will see you assist with varied tasks in line with a new office opening and continuing growth. This will include areas such as sourcing office space, assisting with staff recruitment and HR, setting up processes and procedures and general office management. We would like someone who is flexible to work from home initially whilst assisting to source office space in Central London. You will liaise with contacts in the U.S.head office keeping them up to date on progress as well as maintaining contacts with other international offices.

The ideal personality will be a self-starter, not afraid to use their initiative and proactive approach. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You pride yourself on your diplomatic nature, tact and ability to manage upwards.
This is a 3 month temp role with a view to become permanent. A great opportunity for those looking for more than just your average role. This role could take you anywhere.
