We have a fantastic opportunity for an impressive PA and Office Manager to work for a fast-paced and expanding Private Equity firm. They are based in stunning offices and are offering a brilliant benefits package, including Summer trips to Ibiza, skiing trips, Spanish and yoga classes, as well as, personal training sessions.
They specialise in investment for Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) families and the role will be supporting two Directors, a Principal and the wider team at their very tightknit, sociable and family run offices.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience ideally in a financial environment, having supported 1:1 and a wider team. This is an extremely client facing role, so you will be well-presented, have excellent communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude to completing tasks. The team travel extensively, so experience booking complex international travel is essential. On top of your role, the responsibilities will include marketing, organising events, projects management, as well as, supporting with the general running of the office. Strong Microsoft skills are required, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
