The is a PA/ Office Manager position working for a fantastic business consultancy based in amazing offices in central London. They are a growing business who have presences around the world. This is a very involved role supporting the Managing Director with his extensive travel and diary along with managing the office. There is good opportunities to become really involved in the business, travel with him and progress.

They are looking for someone bright, inquisitive, a self-starter, enthusiastic and able to fit well into a small, busy team, coping well with multiple demands on their time.

  • Providing PA support; diary management, booking meetings & travel & accommodation, being comfortable managing 2 different time zones in US and UK
  • Potentially attending client meetings in the UK to take notes
  • Internal & external event logistics, which includes activities such as arranging venue, team building activities, refreshments within agreed budgets
  • Creating ppt and keynote documents (this could go to the ‘creative pool’ instead, but would be good to know candidate has skills if needed)
  • Arranging gifts and cards for personal events such as birthdays and promotions
  • Managing day to day office admin, which includes activities such as: managing the relationship with our IT supplier & solving day to day IT issues ordering new equipment/organising repairs for existing keeping office supplies replenished, keeping office tidy, booking meeting rooms & monitoring spend on meeting rooms, organising couriers & taxis and managing subscriptions
