You will see your responsibilities develop and evolve over time covering many areas of the core business. The basics include assisting with general telephone enquiries as well as being the first point of contact for visiting guests. You will work closely with the management team in a PA capacity assisting with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, arranging travel and putting together presentations and documents.
