We are working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant / Office Manager to join an inspiring charity, working in the educational sector. This is a great opportunity to work for a savvy business who are achieving some fantastic things. This is a temp position to be filled whilst they are recruiting on the perm side so we are looking for someone who can commit for approximately 4 – 12 weeks.
This role will see you arranging and managing several busy diaries, recording and distributing minutes and working closely with senior directors to provide daily support. You will have the opportunity to work with senior management organising meetings, interacting with the board and taking on responsibility for running the internal office. You will be confident producing reports and presentations as well as proofreading documents.
You will be of degree calibre and ideally have experience working with high profile and senior management. You will be passionate, hardworking and able to combine strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
