This is an excellent role working in the boutique London headquarters of this international company. You will work with a small team that focus on finance and development within the hotel industry throughout Europe. It's a professional yet down to earth team that requires a self-starter. This is an autonomous role that will see you take control of the day to day office management as well as focusing on support to the management team. This is an exciting time for the company as they are in the midst of development projects and have projected growth over the coming 12 - 18 months.
The Director will let you take the lead on managing your day to day workload as long as he knows all aspects are covered. A large part of this workload will be PA support including diary management, arranging travel, scheduling meetings, research and reporting. There may be some personal PA duties to make the Director's life easier but these will be limited to tasks such as paying insurance and booking holidays. Being a small office, you will be happy to assist with filing, I.T. matters, office supplies and general finance assistance. You will work to build relationships with international offices within the group.
We are looking for someone with good MS Office skills and an aptitude for new systems, Experience using SharePoint will be very highly regarded and give you a huge advantage.
We are looking for a self-starter who can use their initiative to take ownership of this role.
