An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly polished and exceptionally professional EA to join an established and highly reputable top Financial Services Company based in the Dubai International Financial Centre.
This is a serious role which requires a bright, switched-on candidate to manage incredibly busy diaries, and a complex non-stop international travel schedule. You will be required to liaise with HNWIs and obtain visas for multiple nationalities as well as providing full administrative support for the small team. Within this role there will be a good level of report and presentation preparation to an exacting standard. You should be prepared to provide full business support with some personal errands from time to time.
The ideal candidate will be confident, highly polished and professional with exceptional communication skills and absolute attention to detail. You will be of graduate calibre and have a minimum of 8 years’ experience within a Financial Services company. You will be comfortable supporting a small a close-knit team and understand the demands of working for a top international firm. Strong personal values will tie in well with the core values of the company.
