Our client, a global biotechnology company are looking for a personable and organised Operations Coordinator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. Based in brand new central London offices with a team of around 80, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office management or operations experience.
The role will see you organising facilities and front of house services at the company’s international Headquarters, and confidently liaising with staff on-site as well as at other company locations regarding building maintenance and operations. This is an extremely varied role with a broad range of responsibilities including general administrative duties, management of the day-to-day activities of contractors and vendors, and assistance with the setup for corporate events.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months previous experience in a facilities based or office management role, will have excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively. They will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general business processes such as budgets. Weekend work and front of house cover may be required at times.
