We are looking for a bright and on the ball Operations Coordinator to join a leading Global Tech Firm to support the Senior Directors and operations team. You will be based in there fantastic offices in Surrey, working with a friendly and dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be graduate calibre, with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience working as either a PA, Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator and or HR Assistant. You need to have extensive experience in diary management, complex travel coordination, managing off-site meetings, event management and being comfortable with building relationships with global operations colleagues globally. In addition, there will be operational projects to manage so someone who is highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work calmly under pressure is needed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), good attention to detail; ability to monitor, manage, and track deadlines, someone who is proactive with a positive and calm demeanour. This role will also involve someone to 10% travel across Europe for meetings, great international exposure.

Additional languages and an understanding or background in Salesforce is an advantage!
