We are looking for a great Office/PA/Business Manager to join our client – a very friendly team based in trendy Bermondsey offices - 5/10 mins from London Bridge. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone. Their team are growing so good time to join and take the reins. They work hard but also to have fun and work/life balance. Like what you hear – read on. You will be involved in the following areas – providing PA support to Founding Partners, Office Management (basic), Database/Project Management, Marketing (website, PR), Strategic support and some basic book-keeping – purchase orders, chasing invoices, paying invoices, expenses, payroll etc. The right person for this role will be very organised, hardworking, creative (ideas etc.), a quick learner and with experience of ‘looking after’ a small team. Client (not finance) work with many FTSE companies. You will have a 5 years + experience in boutique professional services company and have good Microsoft Office skills and some finance/book-keeping experience. Great interpersonal skills a must..
