An independent, specialist investment management company is seeking a Team Assistant to support their dynamic team, based in beautiful offices in the city.  

They are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive individual to be their office “lynch pin”. Working for an UHNWI you will be the first point of call for all their important guests, so you will be presentable, approachable and have excellent communication skills.


  • Paying up to £30k depending on experience.

This will be a hugely varied role with both Office Manger aspects to its nature, alongside an element of reception in the sense that you will be meeting and greeting all important guests, celebrities, answering telephone calls, organising meetings and managing databases. You will generally be keeping the office happy and being one step ahead of the game ensuring the smooth running of daily life from maintaining the kitchens and boardrooms to ordering stationary and office supplies. You will have an idea of how to budget, manage invoices as well as support the team with various exciting projects. You will have the opportunity to organise company events and be the nurturing force of the office.  This role comes with the opportunity to organise international travel, so previous experience in this field would be helpful and if you had good IT skills that would be a bonus.
