A fantastic Office Manager opportunity has arisen within a smart, modern city firm. You will be based in beautiful open plan offices, with stunning city views! They are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their dynamic team to become their office lynch pin and go to person. As the Office Manager, you will be supporting the smooth running of the office on a daily basis. You will be the first point of contact for all clients/visitors so excellent customer service is essential. Your first interaction will be an exemplary representation of the experience they will go on to receive.

The role as Office Manager offers a superb variety of work and responsibilities, including involvement in overflow PA work. You will be able to work closely with the teams supporting with PA duties - diary management, arranging meetings/travel and much more. There will be general office responsibilities such as managing stationery orders, picking up deliveries, assisting with catering for meetings and supporting the Finance team with any ad hoc duties. Additionally, you will be able to apply your creative flair with company events, small and large.

Bright and highly motivated individuals are required, with some office experience, educated to graduate level. The successful candidate will be polished, articulate and highly customer service focused.

This is a brilliant role for someone to work in a sociable office who is enthusiastic, highly organised and able to respond positively to challenges whilst thinking on their feet. You will be required to process high volumes of work accurately yet to deadline and prioritise effectively where needed.
