I am currently working on an exciting role for an office Manager/Receptionist position for an IT consultancy based in amazing offices in the City of London. These offices are based in the heart of the city, so we are looking for someone who really will take pride in the office and this position. This client has a number of offices in the UK, with the London office having approximately 30 people.
In this role you will be based on Reception and will be seen as the focal point of the office. You will need to ensure a smooth running of the office at all times. Your role will involve you to having to meet and Greet Clients and answering incoming calls into the office. Booking travel will be a large part of this role as consultants are often travelling domestically around the UK. As Office Managers you will also have to maintain all office supplies, issuing security cards, liaising with suppliers and facility managers and provide administrative support to managers when needed.
The successful candidate will need to be confident and approach all tasks with a ‘can do’ attitude. Most importantly I am looking for someone who is enthusiastic and hardworking. To have some office managerial/Assistant experience is beneficial, but this does not have to be from an IT background.
