We are working on an amazing opportunity for a dynamic Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join this impressive finance firm. Based at their beautiful offices in Cyprus, you will be able to provide solid support to this global firm.
As Office Manager/Personal Assistant you will be experienced in being the ‘go to’ person and be able to hit the ground running in this key support role. Capable of handling any challenge faced in a professional and efficient manner, you will love working amongst this busy team.
You will be confident in booking travel arrangements, visas and extensive diary management across different time zones.
Further responsibilities include:
- Management of premises
- Gate-keeping – screening internal and external calls
- Coordination of staff
- Scheduling of office activities and events
- Travel to client offices around Europe on occasion
The successful candidate will be proactive, articulate and be able to prioritise. You must have 3-5 years office administration experience and excellent written and spoken English (Greek and French language skills are desirable).
