Our client is a fast growing Trading Company. They are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join the team as soon as possible on a temporary basis. The corporate Division is a vital part of the organisation and provides management services to the company. You will support multiple lines of business and work closely with IT, HR and Senior Management.
In this role you will:
-Manage FOH team
-Provide direction to personnel management (e.g. assessing staffing levels, recruitment of talent, performance management)
-Manage facilities, maintenance works, health & safety, office relocations, new construction
-Oversees reginal travel related services and responsibilities
-Oversees offices services responsibilities including food and pantry, cleaning services, horticulture, mail/courier services, conference rooms, communication and other administrative responsibilities
