My client, a global company who operate in the finance and technology industries, are looking for an Office Manager to join them on a temporary basis.  Success in the role could see this becoming permanent.


Based in lovely offices overlooking the River Thames, you will act as the linchpin in a small office of around 25 people.  Whilst the role will initially be primarily Office Management, through time it will grow to include Team Assistant duties to 2/3 Directors as well as Facilities Management.


The team are friendly and welcoming, and the company are non-hierarchical.  They are looking for someone who is helpful and proactive with a no job too small attitude who can come in and hit the ground running.  This is the perfect role for someone with relevant previous experience, who is looking to take the next step in their career and is looking to develop with a role.
