A superb Office Management role working with an passionate not-for-profit organisation that are involved in the arts, specifically focused on children. This is a small team of successful individuals doing big things for the community. They have a fresh and inspirational approach that you will really want to be a part of. This role covers more than just the traditional Office Management duties and there is plenty of scope to get involved in more areas.

Playing an integral part in the office operations, you will look after all office services, processes and procedures. You will play a part in improving existing processes and implementing new systems as they develop further. You will also be involved in special projects which could involve research, events or anything else that comes up.  You will assist with financial management, HR support, writing reports and more.  

This is a diverse role that you can make your own so the use initiative will be key. This is a small office so your flexibility and willingness to assist in all areas will be very important. You will be highly organised, and excellent communicator (both written and verbal), self-motivated and friendly. This is initially a fixed term contract with real scope to become permanent.
