Our client an independent start up Property Company, is looking for an energetic and skilled Administrator/Social Media Coordinator to join the team. You will be based in their brand new, modern office in North West London with excellent transport facilities. This role offers so much scope, and will be supported by a dynamic, friendly team with a wealth of industry experience.
The role will see you providing administrative support to the sales and lettings department including preparing documents, updating the company website, associated portals and social media with property and market information. You will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the office, liaising with suppliers and contractors. You will be the first point of contact for clients, so a warm and approachable personality is essential.
The ideal candidate will be grad calibre, have a “can-do” attitude, have exceptional attention to detail and have a proactive and resourceful approach to work. Experience in property is advantageous but not essential. Advanced knowledge of MS Office is essential.
