This is a 2 month temp role that will see you working for a professional industry body assisting their management and busy communications team. Working in central London, you will be based in a friendly team environment helping them with a range of responsibilities.  Your role will focus on general PA responsibilities as well as support to the communications team with an emphasis on the website and branding. 

As a true all-rounder, you will be responsible general support in the office including travel arrangements, diary management and general administration. In addition to this, you will be assisting the communications team maintaining the company website and ensuring the branding and communications standards are maintained.  

Your attention to detail and articulate communication skills will be put to use when liaising with web-developers and printing companies as well as updating the website.  You will ensure the use of agreed editorial, branding and style standards. Your skills will be put to use with the production of presentations, newsletters, programmes and reports using the Adobe suite of packages. 

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a willing team player. You will be comfortable juggling tasks and able to use your initiative and organisational skills to best manage your time and meet deadlines. You will have excellent working knowledge of MS Office Packages, Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver) and MailChimp.
