Our client are a young and dynamic leading Consultancy who have opened their brand new offices in the heart of the City. They are looking for an extremely friendly and approachable Office Coordinator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude, have excellent organisational and administrative skills, as well as, the initiative to prioritise workloads. The ability to build relationships through strong communication skills both in writing and over the phone are absolutely key for this role as you will be the first point of contact for perspective clients and the company. The polished individual will have at least 6 months experience in a previous Receptionist or Junior PA type role. Day to day office duties will also involve, ordering office supplies, booking and setting up meeting rooms, managing partner’s diaries, as well as, the general running of the Office.
