We are looking for a bright and dedicated Office Assistant to join this professional team. They are a down to earth and friendly consultancy business who will really make you feel welcome. This is a bright team of individuals with a busy workload. They deal with matters of high confidentiality. Their offices are based in central London and this role will see you slot into a support role looking after management and the rest of the team.

Working with the other office support staff you will take on all secretarial and administrative tasks management. Based on reception you will assist guests visiting the office and be the first point of contact for callers. They deal with some important contracts so your professionalism will be key. In addition to this you will act as gatekeeper for the directors, assist with diary management for the team, arrange staff travel and accommodation. You will have good Microsoft office skills able to produce letters, presentations and reports as required. You will also help with office management and general upkeep.

We are looking for a team player who is able to take ownership of their responsibilities and proactively look at ways to improve processes and efficiency. A real customer service focus and willingness to assist will be ideal.
