We are looking for a hard-working, focused and organised Administrator to join our team.
This role will see you provide administrative support to the Tiger team and assist with the day to day office operations. Support the Temporary team is a key element of this role as you will take on responsibility for the temp payroll and assisting with candidate administration.
Always happy to help, your day to day responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, preparing the temp weekly payroll, invoicing, following up on debtors, team administration including updating the database and assisting with projects. This is an autonomous environment where you will be able to arrange your day as suits you best whilst working in line with the company’s objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to prioritise, multi-task and organise themselves and those around them. Attention to detail is essential for this role.
