My client is a tailored, high end and reputable company within the London property market. They are looking for a pro-active, responsible and hardworking Office Administrator to support the Sales and Finance teams with administration duties to optimize performance.
This is a pivotal role within the company and you will be handling incoming calls in a prompt and friendly manner as well as producing quotes and invoices to company standards.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
- High level of communication skills both on the phone and in person
- Experience of using SAP or similar database tool
