This Office Administrator role is a great opportunity to gain experience working for a fantastic company, improving on administrative skills including telephone and email management, as you will be creating mail merges and will often be the first point of contact for incoming calls. You will be assisting Engineers with tender documents and information to contractors, including typing specifications. Also assisting with photocopying, printing and binding on a daily basis.
Key skills and experience:
- Advanced MS Office skills such as Word and Excel
- Excellent telephone manner and meet and greet skills
- Organised, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Educated to A Level or equivalent
