In this role you will be working alongside scientists and engineers as they liaise with some of the biggest organisations in both the private and public sectors.
As the company’s Office Administrator you will be the first point of contact, therefore, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be responsible for extensive diary management and organising meetings with clients. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills are a must in this busy role. As this is a multi-faceted role you will be responsible for handling the HR needs of the company along with specific financial aspects including payroll and invoicing. Along with the specific tasks required for this role, you will also be handling the general administrative and ad-hoc duties. Attention to detail and accuracy in your work is held in high regard.

· Contract- available 24 hours per week (negotiable)
· Experience in a similar role for two years or more
· Proficient with Google documents and GMail
· Knowledge of Xero accounting software is ideal
