Fabulous brand new opportunity for candidates with Lifestyle Management or luxury travel backgrounds!!!

My client is a luxury travel company, specialising in driving holidays and super car rallies. They provide tailor made super car driving experiences for groups and individuals all over the world which take in amazing hotels, stunning venues, events, fine dining and of course awesome driving experiences. 

They are looking for a new member of the team to support their VIP guests in a varied client facing role which will include daily interaction with guests and managing any requests they may have pre, during and after events. You will be responsible for booking additional travel and any needs they may have as part of their trip, alongside researching restaurants, hotels, venues and suppliers. You will be managing client car rental and vehicle transportation, overseeing the clients sign up and ensuring they are correctly charged and invoiced. You will also be assisting with administration, including booking flights, invoicing/client payments, processing expenses, bill paying, ordering office supplies  and answering phones. You will also be providing ad hoc admin support to the small team such as letter writing, errand running etc.

The majority of the role will be based in the small friendly office in Paddington, but you will be attending approximately 3 events per year and also some PR/client building events.

This is a really fun, varied, interesting role. You will have previous experience working with VIPs and HNWIs, perhaps as a Lifestyle Manager or through luxury travel. Applicants will be degree educated, well spoken, articulate, personable, composed, a quick learner and a team player.
