My client, one of the UK’s biggest provider of Team Sports, Group Fitness and Corporate Events is seeking a vibrant Inbound Customer Service Manager. As Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in keeping members engaged. You will have a friendly, energetic attitude and you will be a true problem solver. Also, someone who strives to improve work processes to benefit the role will do well in this Position.

As Customer Service Manager, you will take responsibility for all incoming calls, emails and live chat conversations. This role will see you provide an excellent service to all members by way of verbal and written communication. You will support with all queries courteously and efficiently, liaising with the necessary departments. You will deal with all complaints in a quick and helpful manor.

The team are all high energy, 5* service driven and professional. This role will suit someone who has impressive communications skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and, someone with exceptional organisational skills.
