Our client, a dynamic and extremely diverse Media business, have an exciting opportunity for a HR/Payroll Manager to join their varied and exceptionally approachable team, based in extremely smart offices well located within the West End, close to highly convenient transport links.  

The main focus of this role is to manage and coordinate the Payroll function for approx. 130 employees, whilst working with the Head of HR to service the business within a generalist HR capacity. There is lots of scope to develop this role into your own and improve and implement processes where you see the opportunity, therefore a hardworking, personable individual is required with the motivation to learn other aspects of this hands on role.

You will have superb organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a service mentality to work accurately and efficiently on both HR and Payroll needs. An extensive understanding of Payroll is required, ideally alongside generalist HR experience, however, the right individual is more important.
