A great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading investment firm in this HR generalist role. This is a unique, newly created role with lots of scope and potential for the right person. We are looking for an independent thinker who thrives working in a fast paced environment with a varied responsibilities. A key focus of this role will be process improvement with the implementation of streamlined policies and innovations to cover all areas of the HR team with a wider impact on the business as a whole.
Based in amazing West End Offices you will work closely with two key managers within the business. They are driven and motivated requiring nothing less from those they work with. You will confidently jump straight into this role immersing yourself in the culture and getting to grips with the way the business works and the current processes in place within the HR team. Assisting with the day to day will allow you to start focusing on ways that the business can make improvements with a positive impact on efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for all areas from research through to writing and rolling out the new policies. Areas to consider include risk and compliance, payroll, I.T. implementation, pensions, on-boarding and leave requests. Your willingness to assist with a wide range of tasks will be key to your success in this role. We are looking for someone who is happy to support management with the day to day taking on additional responsibilities and adding value wherever you can. You will display excellent communication skills and the ability to tactfully put across your ideas thinking about all sides.
This is a temporary role with the scope to become permanent. This role will hone in on your ability to improve processes and procedures, constantly looking for a better way to get the job done. You will have an excellent work ethic and ability to work in a organised manner prioritising your workload accordingly. HR experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded in this role.
