Our client is a global firm based in Central London. This is a very fast-paced and collaborative environment. They have a position available for an outstanding HR Coordinator to assist them over the next 6 months as they work on a project. This is a support focused role working closely with their HR team to ensure that everything is completed to a very high standard. This role will give you fantastic exposure to an HR environment too.
This role will see you assisting with heavy diary management scheduling all meetings and collating all required information. You will sit in on meetings and compile all relevant information ensuring things are correctly documented. You will assist with preparing agendas and sending follow up documentation as required. Communication and follow up with contacts from international offices will be be important part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will be familiar with the HR review process and confident scheduling meetings across multiple timezones. Detail oriented with impeccable writing skills you will communicate well and take a thorough approach to your work.
The nature of the information you will be dealing with is highly confidential and a high level of discretion is required. Experience working in a finance or professional services environment is highly desirable.
