This is an absolutely fantastic opportunity for a bright HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation based in a central location with lovely, modern offices within a vibrant and dynamic team. This is an exciting and challenging role supporting approximately 700FTE. You will promote and champion HR best practice. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of strategies and plans, change management- to lead support and project manage key initiatives and change programmes to ensure they are delivered in accordance with agreed requirements. You will also be responsible for employee relations, workforce development and all other responsibilities consistent to this role. This role will see you represent the Director of HR on corporate plans and pilot projects and external forums and assist with all other duties as determined by either the Senior HR managers or the Director. Successful must be CIPD qualified or equivalent, have significant experience working as Human Resources Business partner in a large complex service organisation, ideally Local Authority. Someone positive, charming and loyal who has the ability to build and manage working relationships will be a good fit.
