This role will equally suit a PA with an interest in HR or HR Assistant with solid organisational skills. Working within the HR department of a successful international firm you will enjoy the fast paced environment. The organisation have a very progressive feel and really value their staff. They have low staff turnover as a result.
This maternity cover contact will see you working with a closely with 2 Senior HR Managers assisting them with a range of responsibilities linked to the HR functions. This will include, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, drafting correspondence and assisting with reports. You will be heavily involved in the recruitment process using your problem solving ability to schedule complex international calls and interviews. You will also be proactive ensuring that rooms are booked and all necessary documentation and information is available to those involved in the process. Participation in weekly meetings and general support to the team will also be an important part of your role.
We a looking for a super organised and efficient candidate with impeccable attention to detail. Your ability to approach your work with maturity, professionalism and discretion will be highly regarded. This is a superb role if you have some experience or an interest in HR with a solid grounding in a support position.
