Working with an energetic financial services firm in the City have created a brand new role within their HR team to help assist with a range of HR administration and Payroll duties. This would be ideal for a graduate or school leaver looking to move into their first role within a HR environment. You will be required to have strong Microsoft office skills in particular MS Excel.
- Updating HR and Payroll systems
- Processing joiners and leavers
- Processing sickness and absence administration
- Supporting the HR team with the HR processes (performance reviews, salary reviews, L&D plans)
- Working on a range of HR projects.
- Able to work within a close knit team and provide support wherever is required.
