Our client is a leading investment firm with an international presence. They have a professional reputation and offer a great environment for all staff. We have a fantastic opening for a HR Administrator to join their close-knit team. This role will see you supporting the HR team with all administrative responsibilities.
With proven experience of your organisational skills you will assist the team with a wide range of admin tasks. You will be involved in all aspects including recruitment, new starters & leavers, performance management and reporting. Able to work in a methodical and organised manner you will ensure that all the boxes are ticked when it comes to admin for the team. Attention to detail is key as you will be updating confidential employment records. Your ability to prioritise is important in scheduling meetings and interviews. Your problem solving ability and initiative will show your skills. Excellent written skills and confident communication will are also essential.
Most important, we are looking for a professional and friendly administrator happy to work as a team player. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded but not necessary.
