Hospitality Assistant with Reception
City of London
Hospitality Assistant required for a growing Law Firm. With impressive offices and views of the city you will be responsible for maintaining 8 meeting rooms. Ensuring that all catering and equipment needs are meet to the highest of standards. This is a client facing role, you will need to be customer service focussed and capable of dealing with all levels of management comfortably. You will be required to cover reception and the postal room on a regular basis.
- Ensuring that all meeting rooms are properly set up and catered for on time
- Ordering office stationary and equipment’s
- Covering Reception when required
- Assisting with the Post Room duties on a daily basis.
- Health & Safety experience/qualification is preferred
- Food hygiene experience/qualification is preferred
- Previous hospitality experience in a corporate environment is preferred
