A prestigious investment banking firm is seeking a German Speaking Personal Assistant/Team Assistant to join their London office. This respected firm prides themselves on their dedication to their clients and is seeking a team member who shares the same values.
This busy role requires a candidate who is on the ball and always striving to provide the highest of standards. A large aspect of the role requires extensive diary and travel management. This includes scheduling meetings and conferences and keeping calendars updated. Due to the nature of these tasks you must be highly organised with exceptional time management skills. Another aspect of the role includes processing expenses of the firm therefore strong attention to detail is a must.
This firm requires the chosen candidate to answer client calls and queries therefore excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. General administration duties along with ad-hoc duties are required to be completed in this role.
