This is a front of house reception role with a difference!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist with 1 years’ experience looking for their first role in London (unless you are in London already of course)
Based front of house this is a reception role based in a traditional yet newly renovated (and now very funky) building located in the centre of the City. You will become the main point of contact and the 'meet and greet' for anyone visiting the building. You will be required to provide a first class customer experience and lasting impression and therefore we are looking for someone highly presentable with a naturally upbeat and personable character.
Reporting into the Office Manager you will form part of a close knit and hardworking support team.
This reception role will consist of providing VIP treatment to visiting senior management, high profile industry professional and members of the public, meeting room management, visitor passes, overflow department administration, intranet maintenance, stationery, post distribution, visual displaying of art work and general call handling and transferring.
The hours are 9am-5pm and you will be working for a well-known, well established reputable business who truly value their staff and promote career development.
